Delivery Cost (Sri Lanka) 

Design Attik makes us of Pick-Me and/ or Uber services for deliveries in Sri Lanka. A delivery fee will be an addition to the total balance due. This delivery fee will vary, dependent upon the delivery location. Standard delivery charges are applied unless specified otherwise. 

Delivery Time (Sri Lanka)

Orders within Colombo 1-15 city limits will be delivered within 8 working days from the date of placing the Order and upon making full payment. Orders from other areas in Sri Lanka (Outside Colombo 1-15) will be delivered within 8-15 working days. Kindly note that the public, bank and mercantile holidays are excluded from the delivery period given.

Delivery Location

Please be notified that we will only deliver to the address given as “delivery address” when placing the order.

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays could occur occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances. However, our delivery team will update the customer when changes to the standard delivery timelines are to be expected. 

International Shipping 

All orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL. A delivery fee will be an addition to the total balance due. This delivery fee will vary, dependent upon the delivery location. Standard delivery charges are applied unless specified otherwise. 

When ordering outside of Sri Lanka, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Design Attik has no control over these charges, nor can Design Attik predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

Return Policy

All sales made via Design Attik are final and non-refundable. No returns or refunds will be allowed unless there are any damages to the products. Such damages shall be notified to Design Attik (Pvt) Ltd. within 03 days of the delivery of the product. Any and all refunds for damages to products are made at the discretion of the management of Design Attik.

 

Any complaints of damages are to be directed to the sales team who may contacted at hello@designattik.com. Complaints will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please keep the original invoice for reference and any other images or proof of damage when lodging a complaint.
